The first 100 days after close determine whether a deal thesis becomes reality. I work alongside portfolio company management to map the full cost base and identify quick wins vs. structural improvement levers, build operational dashboards and KPI frameworks for board-level visibility, design and run structured performance improvement programmes with weekly execution cadences, and drive cross-functional alignment between PE sponsors and management teams.

Supply Chain & Operations Transformation

From factory floor to distribution network, I bring hands-on experience across the full supply chain, backed by APICS CSCP certification and years of multi-site industrial work. Areas include supply chain strategy and network optimisation, manufacturing scheduling, sequencing, and capacity planning, procurement improvement and supplier consolidation, process standardisation across multi-site, multi-country operations, and change management and embedding new ways of working.

Typical engagements: supply chain diagnostics, manufacturing turnarounds, multi-site standardisation programmes, operational restructuring.

M&A & Transaction Advisory

Having led deals from both the investor and advisory side, I bring an operator's perspective to every stage of the transaction lifecycle. This includes operational due diligence and value creation planning, carve-out planning and separation execution, post-merger integration management, and buy-and-build strategy and bolt-on integration.
